People’s Fund of Maui is providing direct financial assistance to Maui community members experiencing devastating losses from the fires in Lahaina and Kula.

Adults (18+) who lost their primary residence in the recent fires are eligible to receive $1,200 per month.

Select Maui Strong Fund and type “Lahaina Wildfire Relief” in the donation comment box.

Aloha kakou!  Aunty Rene'e and family from Aloha Kitchen Catering & Entertainment (aka Aloha Events, LLC) from San Antonio, TX are raising money to help their ohana who were ones that survived the Lahaina wildfires but lost everything.

Aunty Liz (better known as "Ma" mother to Rene'e) is from Lahaina Maui. Their Hula Halau O Elikapeka just returned back to Texas from their Lahaina retreat days before the wildfires.  All your support will be going to help their Ohana directly.

This is an emergency fund organized by ʻĀina Momona in partnership with the Maui Firefighters' Relief Association for first responders - including firefighters, lifeguards, and EMTs - who have been directly impacted by the Maui wildfires. All funds raised will be disbursed directly to the affected first responders and their ʻohana .

Maui United Way has stayed vital to our community since 1945 for good reason: we know how to put the right people together with the right resources to make the right things happen. We are working to address Maui’s most vital needs through the impact areas of Education, Income (sustainability) and Health. Our goal is to bring people, organizations and our community together around a common cause, a common vision, and a common path forward.

Maui Food Bank’s mission is to help the hungry in Maui County by collecting and distributing food through community partnerships.

Thank you everyone for helping your community during this heartbreaking time. In the wake of disaster we know that everyone wants to help but often times there is an overwhelm of information so we are working on streamlining everything into one place. Maui Rapid Response, Maui-Mutual-Aid, Maui-strong and a number of nonprofit and direct-aid organizations are coming together to combine efforts. This form has been created to help us to match needs and offers that are coming in on the islands and beyond. Thank you for showing up in such a big way. For those of you who have lost your homes and businesses and loved ones- we are here for you and please know that you are not alone. 

CNHA is partnering with Alakaʻina Foundation Family of Companies and Kākoʻo Haleakalā to match up to $250,000 in community donations for ʻohana impacted by the devastating wildfires on Maui.

During this frustrating and uncertain time, the American Red Cross and partners are working tirelessly to get help to people as quickly as possible. Red Cross disaster teams are working 24/7 to provide them with a safe place to stay, food to eat and emotional support.
